Job summary

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced on-site technical professional to perform all facets of the role. The position requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of internal service processes and ability to articulate them to clients.
• Strong technical and product knowledge.
• Ability to perform general office duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to clients.
• Deliver installation services.
• Lead installation of multiple solutions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Independently assess and adjust technical solutions for client issues.
• Escalate and guide less experienced team members as needed.
• Prepare documentation to record and track project status.
