Electric Power Systems seeks a Sr. Field Technician to lead high- and medium-voltage testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning across various facilities in North America. You’ll manage projects, mentor technicians, and serve as the main customer interface on-site.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, project oversight, and deep technical knowledge with opportunities for career development and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screen required.

• Willingness to overtime and travel out of town.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and analyze test results to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes for electrical apparatus.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting testing, maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers and clients.
