Job summary

EPS is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to inspect, test, and maintain high, medium, and low voltage electrical power equipment across multiple facilities in North America.

You will lead safety briefings, perform comprehensive testing, troubleshoot complex systems, and develop detailed reports for customers. The ideal candidate has 10 years of relevant experience, NETA certifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Criminal background check required.
• Ability to work overtime and travel out of town as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings on job site and mitigate hazards.
• Perform high, medium, and low voltage testing as crew leader.
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment problems using manuals and diagrams.
• Prepare and maintain test/repair/maintenance reports.
• Train and qualify Field Technician I, II and III.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Education

Bachelors or Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or Military experience preferred

10 Years Relevant Industry Experience

NETA III Certified, NETA IV Certified a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
