Responsibilities

• Lead field teams performing testing, inspection, and maintenance on LV/MV/HV equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical/control system issues using diagrams.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage across crews.
• Coordinate daily field activities with engineers and project managers.
• Mentor junior technicians and review test reports and logs.
