Job summary

Electrical Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews, manage complex testing and maintenance projects, and serve as the primary field interface with customers and engineering teams.

You will oversee testing, installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of high to low voltage equipment, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.
• NETA III certification required; NETA IV certification a plus.
• Willingness to travel/out-of-town for periods as needed.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment.
• Plan and execute testing plans, prepare detailed reports, and manage project documentation.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and customers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Field Technician I–III.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and PPE is used properly.
