Job summary

Electric Power Systems in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews in testing, maintenance, and commissioning of high/medium/low voltage equipment across substations.

You will serve as primary field interface with customers and engineering teams, delivering safe, high-quality execution. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Associate in Electrical/Electronic tech or military experience, 10+ years in the industry, NETA I/II/IV is a plus, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or military experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel; able to work OT.
• NETA I/II certification is a plus; IV certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on electrical and control systems.
• Prepare detailed reports, test plans, and project documentation.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Mentor Field Technician levels I–III and ensure safety standards.
