ECS Group seeks a certified Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Field Technician I to join our Knoxville team. You will perform field observations, testing, sampling, and inspection of soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel on construction sites under guidance from project managers and senior staff.

You will develop skills through on-site work, maintain clear communication with site contractors, and document findings with precision following

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years of related field experience.
• Excellent communication and safety awareness for field teamwork.
• Ability to operate MS Office and basic data handling on site.

Responsabilidades

• Perform observation, testing, sampling, and inspection of soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel on construction sites.
• Conduct routine field tests following industry standards and prepare field reports.
• Maintain daily communication with site contractors and project managers; document changes and testing requests.
• Receive training in ECS methodologies and document findings with engineering precision.
