Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years in technical support environment.
• Extensive analytical, troubleshooting and presentation skills.
• Certified in and experience using established troubleshooting methodologies (eg 8d, Kepner Tregow, Shainin Red X, Six Sigma Black Belt)

• Owns and accountable for the overall regional tech support team performance, driving improvements to maximize customer experience.
• Primary escalation point for technical support within the region to remove barriers and drive case progression.
• Coaches staff at individual and team levels to improve performance.
• Supports the global strategy by sharing status, data, and best practices across the organization.
