Job summary

Edwards is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to support customers on Edwards vacuum and abatement systems. You will install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot equipment while prioritizing safety and quality, and delivering excellent customer service.

This role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and collaboration with a global support network. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a technical field, strong English communication skills, and the ability to read technical drawings and record

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of technical field experience (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration or basic vacuum).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Ability to record data and write reports with computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline onsite service: installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
• Deliver high-quality work while focusing on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Use Edwards processes and networks to resolve issues and share knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to meet timelines.
