Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline or global equivalent in education or experience.
- 10+ years in a technical support environment with at least 2 years in management or leadership.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry and strong analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with established troubleshooting methods (e.g., 8D, Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Six Sigma Black Belt).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional tech support team to maximize customer experience.
- Serve as primary escalation point for technical support within the region.
- Deliver superior customer experience by upholding core principles and driving improvements.
- Apply data-driven analysis to identify trends and drive improvement projects.
