Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in laptop and desktop hardware break-fix.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues.
• General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 hours to customer locations.
• Willing to work overtime and occasional schedule extensions.
• Ability to complete required technical training and certifications.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive field engineering support to assigned customers.
• Take ownership of onsite service activities and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on hardware and related products.
• Install, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Perform hardware component replacements (motherboards, LCD screens).
• Use technical tools to troubleshoot issues and complete installations.
• Provide technical feedback to improve service delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions.
• Assist team members with technical guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Travel between customer locations as required.
