Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year hands-on hardware break-fix experience.
• Knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 hours to customer locations.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Willingness to work overtime and accommodate schedule extensions.
• Completion of required technical training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive field engineering support to assigned customers.
• Take ownership of onsite service activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on computer hardware and related products.
• Install, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other computer equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Perform hardware component replacements, including motherboards and LCD screens.
• Use technical tools to troubleshoot issues and complete scheduled installations.
• Provide technical feedback and recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions.
• Assist team members with technical guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Travel between customer locations as required.
