Qualifications
- 1 year of hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience.
- 2-4 years in a related technical field.
- CompTIA A+ certification required; must obtain within 90 days if not already.
- Must be a US Citizen; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Provide field engineering support for assigned large and complex clients.
- Own onsite service activities from start to finish.
- Perform hardware maintenance and low-complexity installations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops/desktops and related hardware.
- Carry out hardware replacements including motherboards and LCD screens.
- Utilize advanced tools and knowledge to resolve customer issues.
- Give technical feedback to improve service delivery and processes.
- Travel between customer locations to deliver onsite support.
