The candidate should have at least 2 years of deskside experience, CompTIA A+ certification, and the ability to work independently while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of deskside support experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification required; must obtain within 90 days if not already.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid car insurance required.
• Ability to drive extensively across Oklahoma and nearby areas.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite field engineering support for assigned customers with complex technical requirements.
• Own onsite service activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Perform hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and light installation tasks.
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software at customer locations.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Travel throughout Oklahoma to customer sites, with occasional longer drives.
