Responsibilities

Provide direction to technicians as team or site leader.
Troubleshoot and resolve client escalations from team members.
Support roll-out of new, enhanced or upgraded products.
Serve as subject matter expert to help resolve difficult issues.
Assist in providing technical training and improvement programs.
Engage with dissatisfied clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor equipment, system and network performance; address recurring issues.
Develop and recommend improvements to frontline solution processes for better client service and efficiency.
