Job summary

KLA seeks a Senior Field Support Supervisor to provide supervisory direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support to clients.

You will lead CRM efforts and coordinate between manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production and billing inquiries while developing personnel to ensure efficient operation and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience as a lead or supervisor of a technical team.
• Equivalent combination of Experience and Education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to exempt employees and skilled staff to ensure schedules met.
• Liaises between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve inquiries.
• Manages warranty claims and RMA processes to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation.
