Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years on a $100M+ site/civil construction project or multiple projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• STS-C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Directs and coordinates Gilbane’s trade contractors and sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work meeting the project schedule.
• Supervises and develops the project team.
• Manages the project budget for general conditions and Next 150/Site Services.
• Develops, documents, and communicates the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
• Leads site walks with the owner, architect/engineer, and financial institutions to show construction progress.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to coordinate trades and anticipate problems.
• Follows up with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to schedule inspections.
• Acts as primary safety representative in the field and drives safety culture.
• Leads contractor meetings and daily huddles.
• Mentors and develops junior team members on project needs.
