Job summary

Bryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead, plan, and supervise all construction activities from mobilization to closeout. You will coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, maintain schedules, and ensure quality per drawings and specs.

You will actively pursue future work, develop site logistics, manage RFIs, change orders, and monitor budgets with the PM. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with construction background.
• OSHA 10 certification and ability to obtain QCQM certification.
• Experience coordinating RFIs and subcontractors, and leading teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and supervise field personnel to meet project goals.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and enforce SOPs.
• Oversee safety plans, daily reports, and quality control.
• Walk jobsite, manage risks, and ensure compliance with plans.
• Prepare start-up, RFIs, change orders, and budget updates.
• Support project closeout and client communications.
