Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead and oversee all field activities from mobilization to closeout on a Colorado Springs project. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, maintain safety programs, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, subcontractor management, and RF I coordination. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, OSHA 10, and extensive field supervision experience on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous field construction experience as an Assistant Superintendent or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience overseeing trades.
• Experience partnering with subcontractors.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• QCQM certification or ability to obtain (federal only).
• Leadership, coaching and/or mentoring experience.
• Experience working with RFIs.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience using Bluebeam.
• Experience using construction scheduling software.
• Experience working with permitting, licensing, and inspection requirements.
• Experience with document management and/or contract review.
• Experience building and managing a project schedule.
• Project closeout experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop Assistant Superintendents, Carpenters and Laborers.
• Assist in pursuit of future work and plan project site.
• Lead project start-up activities with PM and preconstruction meetings.
• Manage RFIs and coordinate with field crews on constructability details.
• Support field execution and help ensure work is completed per schedule.
• Oversee subcontractors and enforce contract scope, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow and schedule with subcontractors.
• Attend safety meetings and enforce PPE usage.
• Create and manage the project schedule with updates to stakeholders.
• Review change orders with PM and assist in scopes/pricing for changes.
• Monitor project budget and report progress to PM and leadership.
• Lead project meetings and site logistics planning.
• Oversee QA/QC, punchlists, and closeout activities.
