Job summary

Bryan Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on construction projects. You will plan, organize, and supervise activities from mobilization to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, RFIs, and field staff, maintaining documentation, and supporting project closeout. Strong leadership and scheduling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Experience partnering with subcontractors and managing RFIs.
• Experience building and managing project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents, Carpenters and Laborers.
• Plan, mobilize, and manage project start-up activities with PM.
• Coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and monitor schedules.
• Oversee quality control, submittals, and punch lists.
• Support project closeout and owner training when required.
