Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead and supervise all field construction activities from mobilization through closeout on a Colorado project. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality results while coordinating subcontractors and site resources.

Responsibilities include planning, startup, RFIs, change orders, budgeting, quality control, and closeout, with emphasis on leadership and mentoring of crew and ongoing client communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Experience with RFIs and subcontractor coordination expected.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents, Carpenters and Laborers.
• Plan and visit project sites to prepare for activities.
• Lead project startup and preconstruction meetings.
• Manage RFIs and coordinating with Project Engineers.
• Oversee safety compliance and toolbox talks.
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure schedule adherence.
• Create and manage project schedule and communicate updates to client.
• Review change orders and participate in scope/pricing for changes.
• Monitor budget and provide progress updates to PM and leadership.
• Participate in project meetings and site logistics planning.
• Oversee quality control and punchlist activities.
• Support project closeout and client handover.
