Job summary

Bryan Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on our projects in Rapid City, SD. You will supervise carpenters and laborers, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, and keep the project on schedule and budget from mobilization through closeout.

You will partner with the Project Manager, review RFIs and changes, and drive quality control and documentation, including daily reports and as-built records, to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous field construction experience as an Assistant Superintendent or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification and RFIs experience.
• Experience with subcontractors and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and supervise trades to meet plans and specs.
• Develop and manage the project schedule with the PM.
• Oversee subcontractors, enforce safety, and manage PPE usage.
• Coordinate RFIs, design changes, and submittals with Project Engineers.
• Monitor budget, costs, and progress with regular reporting.
• Prepare daily reports, closeout docs, and turnover packages.
