Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) in Tulsa is seeking a Field Superintendent for New Installations to oversee all phases of elevator installation projects, drive safety and quality, and lead a 12–20 person field team on site.

You will coordinate job site readiness, schedules, materials, payroll accuracy, and daily logistics while collaborating with union representatives, sales and project management to meet contractual and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in elevator/ construction related field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership or elevator industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of elevator installation projects.
• Lead and develop field technicians (12–20) and ensure safety/quality.
• Coordinate job site readiness, schedules, materials, and payroll accuracy.
• Monitor progress and drive efficiency with site visits and communication.
• Manage manpower with union representatives and staffing issues.
• Support sales and project management with bids and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, company, and safety requirements.
