Job summary

Schindler Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Field Superintendent - New Installation. You will oversee all phases of elevator installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost control and customer satisfaction.

You will lead and develop a team of 12–20 field technicians, coordinate schedules and material readiness, and serve as the main liaison with contractors and internal teams. Education: bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in technical leadership or elevator industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience in elevator industry, construction industry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of elevator installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop field technicians, coordinate job site readiness, and act as the key point of contact for contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, manage schedules and materials, and ensure adherence to safety and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, engineering, and service teams during handovers and customer training.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges and communicate updates to stakeholders.
