You will lead field technicians, coordinate site readiness, and serve as the main liaison with contractors, customers, and internal teams to support regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in elevator/construction related field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage sensitive employee relations with proven leadership.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment; willingness to be on call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of elevator installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop field technicians, coordinate job site readiness, and act as the primary contact for contractors and customers.
• Coordinate with union representatives and internal teams to support regional objectives.
