Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a Field Superintendent for New Installations to oversee all phases of elevator installation projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead field technicians, coordinate job site readiness, and act as the primary liaison among contractors, customers, and internal teams to support regional objectives; travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industry or construction industry.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to be on call.
• Regular travel to job sites required; valid driver's license and satisfactory driving required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a high-performing, safe team of field technicians by enforcing company quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily project schedules, job site readiness walkthroughs, parts/material ordering, and payroll accuracy.
• Support sales and project management teams with bid estimates, job progress meetings, and complaint resolution.
• Serve as liaison between field teams, contractors, sales, project managers, and support functions.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges, customer concerns, and operational roadblocks.
