Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certified with site safety knowledge.
• STS-C certification related to construction supervision.
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Stop the Bleed training completed.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates trade contractors and sub-contractors to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Supervises and develops the project team.
• Manages the project budget for general conditions and site services.
• Leads site walks with owner, architect/engineer, and lenders to show progress.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to coordinate trades and plan ahead.
• Develops safety strategies and drives safety culture across all personnel.
