Job summary

Suffolk Construction in the United States is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale projects. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

With a bachelor’s in engineering or construction management and at least 15 years of general contracting experience, you will mentor field staff, develop baselines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 15 years of general contracting experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor field staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects for schedule, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with architects and clients.
• Lead field staff, supervise, and ensure safe, efficient operations.
