Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to provide leadership and strategic direction for field operations across projects. You will mentor superintendents and field teams while partnering with clients, architects, and trade partners to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of 15 years of general contracting experience, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across projects and mentor field teams.

• Oversee baseline schedule development and updates.
• Participate in project turnover and warranty processes.
• Support business development and pre-construction activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Suffolk policies.
