Responsibilities

• Monitor projects for conformance with schedule, quality, and SOPs.
• Develop strong client relationships with owners and architects.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop field staff and ensure proper talent-to-project fit.
• Provide leadership on materials, sequencing, scheduling, and methods.
• Support business development and pre-construction activities.
• Participate in baseline scheduling and budget input.
• Oversee field operations to ensure safety and quality.
