Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 15 years of general contracting experience, with a focus on mission critical/data center projects.
• Licenses applicable to the area.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities between business needs and operations.
• Strong business judgment to balance budget and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated diplomacy and communication skills with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects for conformance with the schedule, quality, and SOPs.
• Develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Recruit, mentor, and train field staff for project scope alignment.
• Provide leadership on materials, sequencing, scheduling, and methods.
• Lead field operations and ensure adherence to Suffolk policies.
• Support business development through client and project involvement.
• Participate in pre-construction activities, estimates, and baseline scheduling.
• Ensure timely completion of punch lists and warranty walkthroughs.
• Maintain client communications and project team coordination.
• Coordinate field training and Suffolk-specific training.
