Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader for its Building Engineering Services Construction Field Services in North America. You will define strategy, scale a nationwide program, and unify delivery standards across regions while driving profitability and growth.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction management, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with Procore, Prolog, Primavera, and Bluebeam. HDR values employee ownership and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
At least 10 years in construction planning and management.
Experience with Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam.
Strong people skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Define and lead BES CFS long-term vision and growth strategy.
Scale a North American CFS program across regions.
Ensure standardized processes and delivery frameworks across CFS.
Drive overall CFS financial performance, including profitability and growth metrics.
Lead enterprise-level coordination to maximize HDR’s competitive advantage.
