Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) division is seeking a Field Services Lead Construction Manager to oversee commissioning projects for large commercial and industrial accounts, ensuring safe, on-time completion and alignment with budget. The role requires close collaboration with DOCs and site CM/PM teams as the SME for standardizing execution methods.

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and work on-site at project locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commissioning projects for large commercial and industrial accounts.
• Manage day-to-day site planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Coordinate with DOCs, PMO, and field teams to standardize execution methodologies.
• Provide financial oversight through cost control and risk mitigation.
