Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Field Services Project Manager to direct startup and commissioning projects for large data center clients, coordinating with District Operations Centers (DOCs) to oversee planning, execution, and closeout.

As the on-site leader you will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communications, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion of complex electrical field projects.

Formación

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or higher.
• 5 years experience leading electrical/construction/industrial projects or 5 years in services, sales, or manufacturing of electrical distribution products.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; motor vehicle record check on hire.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Residence within 50 miles of Fenton, MO.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality.
• Receive handoffs and complete initial technical, scope, and scheduling reviews.
• Use project management tools to maintain milestones and on-site deliverables.
• Own coordination of project meetings and formal communication plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate schedules around other trades to drive execution efficiencies for Eaton and customers.
• Determine closeout mechanisms (punch lists, warranty, transition).
• Serve as primary on-site contact for EESS activities.
• Collaborate with DOC team on safety initiatives and concerns with stakeholders.
• Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty, change orders, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with NAS PMO, sales engineers, and TAS to reconcile client expectations with orders and timelines.
• Implement program-level changes from Strategic Operations.
• Mentor team members and develop team effectiveness.
