Job summary

Rivian in Georgia seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Field Service Utilization & Productivity to craft tools, standards, and processes that maximize shop hours and throughput across service centers.

You will study how work moves through the shop, identify causes of lost time, and deliver practical systems for Field leaders to improve utilization, productivity, and throughput while protecting quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 7+ years improving service, production, or shop operations in automotive/manufacturing contexts.
• Fluency with utilization, productivity, throughput, quality metrics and customer access.
• Experience turning problems into dashboards, workflows, or standard work used by frontline leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build the shop utilization system with dashboards, ready-work queues, and dispatch boards to show utilization and throughput.
• Design daily management processes for managers and supervisors to review hours, ready work, and constraints.
• Diagnose field causes of lost time and route readiness failures to fix root causes.
• Translate field practice into repeatable tools, routines, or playbooks adoptable across sites.
