Qualifications

• Experience driving cross-functional issue resolution from identification to verified closure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable.
• Knowledge of vehicle quality systems: pre-delivery, containment actions, supplier quality, failure analysis, and service operations.
• Fluency with Jira, Confluence, Slack; comfortable reading dashboards and data for prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end follow-up on field-reported issues from triage to closure, including containment and prevent-recurrence.
• Drive accountability across engineering, manufacturing, supplier development, service, and software teams.
• Coordinate failure analysis logistics and ensure findings feed back into corrective actions.
• Manage VIP customer escalations and coordinate across service centers, engineering, and parts expediting.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to align containment strategies, repair procedures, and service documentation gaps.
