Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Field Service Utilization & Productivity in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will build tools, standards, and processes to maximize technician time, study workflow, and reduce waste while maintaining repair quality and customer commitments.

You’ll coach field leaders and implement scalable playbooks across service centers. You will partner with Field Service, Service Digital, and People teams to sustain productivity, protect safety, and drive strong

Qualifications

7+ years improving service, production, or shop operations in complex environments.
Deep understanding of utilization, productivity, efficiency, throughput and quality.
Experience turning problems into workflows, dashboards, and digital tools.
Strong shop-floor credibility and ability to learn from frontline teams.
Human-centered operating judgment protecting safety, breaks, and training.

Responsibilities

Build the shop utilization system.
Design the daily management process for review of hours, ready work, skill coverage, bay/tools constraints, parts status and bottlenecks.
Diagnose the system around the technician using data, time studies, and field feedback.
Diagnose and route readiness failures to ensure proper scope and parts.
Convert proven shop practices into shareable tools and playbooks.
