Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to diagnose and resolve complex window and door service issues in a fast‑paced environment. You will perform advanced inspections, provide guidance to junior technicians, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive repairs and improvements.

The role emphasizes safety, thorough documentation, and proactive maintenance recommendations. A valid driver's license and several years of field service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to use digital service tools and mobile documentation systems.
• Work independently and in a team with strong prioritization.
• Excellent customer communication including escalated situations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex window and door service issues.
• Perform inspections, repairs, retrofits, and adjustments with minimal guidance.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians I & II through coaching and ride‑alongs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer care teams.
• Maintain service documentation and parts tracking.
• Uphold safety standards and suggest product upgrades when appropriate.
