Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair window and door products in residential and commercial settings. The role involves consistent regional travel and hands-on work with hand and power tools while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will document service outcomes on mobile devices, manage parts between facilities, and maintain inventories and vehicle safety. Two days orientation provided; overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on window/door service or repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of window/door products, hardware, and repair techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve window/door issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair window and door issues on-site.
• Document service calls and outcomes using mobile devices.
• Represent MITER Brands professionally during customer interactions.
• Pick up, deliver, and manage parts between warehouses and customer sites.
• Maintain inventory in service vehicles and warehouses; follow safety policies.
