MITER Brands is seeking a Field Service Technician to service windows and doors across Phoenix and surrounding areas. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain products at customer homes and commercial sites, using hand and power tools and documenting work on mobile devices.

Join a safety‑conscious team with strong customer focus. Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years in window/door service, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of window and door serv
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Travel to customer homes, job sites, and commercial locations to diagnose and resolve window and door product concerns.
• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and service windows, doors, hardware, and related components.
• Independently perform service calls and repairs while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Document service calls, observations, repairs performed, and outcomes using mobile devices and company service software.
• Submit accurate and timely service reports.
• Maintain inventory levels in service vehicles and warehouse locations.
• Collaborate with other Field Service Technicians on larger projects and complex service situations.
