MITER Brands is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to diagnose and resolve complex window and door issues in Tucson. The role includes advanced inspections, repairs, and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training preferred; 5–6 years servicing, repairing, troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong customer communication skills, including handling escalated situations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex window and door service issues.
• Perform advanced inspections, repairs, retrofits, and adjustments.
• Mentor Field Technicians I & II through coaching and ride‑alongs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer care teams.
• Provide feedback on product performance and recurring field issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and parts tracking.
• Keep service vehicle, tools, and inventory field‑ready.
• Uphold safety standards on every jobsite.
• Recommend product upgrades and preventative maintenance when appropriate.
