MITER Brands is seeking a Field Service Technician II to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair window and door products in residential and commercial settings across Florida, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will operate hand and power tools, document service calls on mobile devices, manage parts between warehouses, and mentor less experienced technicians while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on window and door installation, service, or repair experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable with travel across Florida and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair window and door issues on-site.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Document service calls and parts usage via mobile devices.
• Maintain inventory in service vehicles and assist with warehouse duties.
• Mentor junior technicians and uphold safety standards.
