MITER Brands invites experienced service professionals to join our field team. You will diagnose and repair residential and commercial window and door products, perform adjustments and replacements, and document results using mobile devices.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across multiple customer sites. This field-based position requires strong mechanical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to ongoing training and quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on window and door installation, service, or repair experience.
• Strong working knowledge of window and door products, hardware, installation methods, and repair techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and resolve window and door-related issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent MITER Brands professionally during all customer interactions.
• Communicate with homeowners, builders, distributors, contractors about service concerns.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair window/door product issues on-site.
• Perform adjustments, replacements, and repairs on windows, doors, and hardware.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Document service calls and outcomes using mobile devices and service software.
• Ensure job sites are left clean and in original condition.
