Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance per Ricoh policy.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing core set of highly complex office products.
• Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Provide 2nd level technical support to other technicians.
• Drive revenue opportunities through leads and contract opportunities.
• Work with sales partners to maximize equipment leads and upgrades.
