Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an Installation and Service Technician to install and repair Inventory Control and Video equipment at customer sites across retail locations in Arizona.

You will handle service calls, track work, train customers, and maintain inventory while complying with safety and quality standards. The role requires travel within Arizona, occasional overtime, and strong technical and communication skills.

Formación

• Associate degree in Electronics preferred; certification or formal training in Electronics, Networking, or technical military equivalent considered.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain or hold a state security license as required.
• General knowledge of electronics; network device setup and programming experience preferred.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools.
• Capable of physical labor including carrying/moving equipment up to 50–70 lbs.
• Able to work in challenging positions (ladders, scaffolding, high lift).
• Willing to travel within Arizona and work overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on retail products and equipment at customer sites.
• Keep track of service calls via computer, including products serviced, work performed, hours and parts used.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory to insure a first-time fix.
• Demonstrate and train customers on equipment usage.
• Keep manager informed about customer satisfaction, potential sales opportunities, or recurring problems.
