Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8+ years of engineering/field experience.
• Experience testing power distribution equipment, LV/MV breakers, switchgear, relays, transformers.
• Ability and willingness to travel ~70% and hold a valid driver's license.
• Candidate must have work authorization to work in the US and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety & Compliance policies and maintain knowledge of safety standards.
• Perform hands-on project work—startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, design, and repair—across power delivery equipment.
• Contribute to installation and field service standards, adhere to procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete required reports, job status updates, material orders, quotations, and time/expense reports; manage costs.
