Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 4+ years servicing critical power equipment, or an Associate Degree with 6+ years, or high school diploma with extensive related experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities for cross‑functional work.
• Proficiency in MS Office; capable of using MS Project/Excel for planning and reporting.
• Ability to write test plans and reports, manage time, and own tasks from start to finish.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• On‑site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement and resolve issues.
• Perform field service tasks, troubleshooting within certified areas.
• Install, commission, maintain, repair, retrofit, upgrade, and replace equipment.
• Support certification and coach technicians; provide training when needed.
• Prepare material lists and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Foster customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Suggest product and process improvements to management.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain safe practices.
