Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnosis and servicing of Zebra devices according to service contracts.
• Handle parts receiving/shipping and repair tasks, including firmware/software updates.
• Record work in Zebra systems and maintain repair activity logs.
• Meet internal SLA requirements and participate in after-hours coverage.
• Maintain parts inventory to meet all SLA requirements.
