Job summary

Zebra is hiring for an on-site repair technician based in the United States, with a home base around Nashville, TN. The role concentrates on servicing Zebra devices per contract, including diagnostics, parts handling, and firmware updates, to meet customer SLA requirements.

The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year repair experience preferred, and the ability to work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in repair or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work at heights and operate lift equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite repair services for Zebra devices per service contracts.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices; handle parts; perform firmware updates.
• Manage spare parts inventory to meet SLA requirements.
• Document work and service activities in Zebra systems.
• Support after-hours standby and communicate with customers.
