Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Graduate of automotive repair school preferred.
• State mechanic certifications as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and repairs in service centers and field settings.
• Provide high-level diagnostics and remote troubleshooting using vehicle data.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians and cross-functional partners.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to resolve complex HV and network faults.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee complex parts operations including ordering, receiving, inventory, and billing.
• Produce documentation and provide root-cause analysis for engineering teams.
• Interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams during escalations.
